    The insitu TiC particle reinforced composites coating layer had been produced by prepared ilmenite and graphite powder on carbon steel through metallurgy interaction in tungsten arc welding. The result shows that the microstructure of coating layer includes pearlite, ferrite, martensite, residual austenitic and insitu TiC particles and the TiC particles dispersed in matrix compounds of martensite and residual austenitic. The composite coating layer has higher surface rigidity of exceed HRC 55 and better abrasion resistance property.

    HA particles were synthesized by the chemical precipitation method and dispersed by the solutions of PEG 2000, (NaPO3)6 and LoponR 885 in water. The effect of different dispersants in the process on prepared HA powder was analyzed. This paper analyzes the dispersed HA by the means of XRD, TEM and particle size analyzer. The results indicate that a majority of constitution of the powders is mainly HA, and the HA particles dispersed by (NaPO3)6 and Lonpon885 become smaller, and the particles take approximately spherical shape. So, the proper selection of dispersant is an effective method to prepare highly dispersed HA powders.

    Zn3(BO3)2 nanoparticles codoped with Eu3+ and Dy3+ were synthesized by coprecipitation method. Xray diffraction analysis shows that the phase of the particles is Zn3(BO3)2 of monoclinic system and their average diameter is 15~25 nm. The photoluminescent emission and excitation spectrum of the samples were studied systematically. In the Eu3+ and Dy3+ coactivated samples, the emission intensity of the Dy3+ ions is strongly enhanced because of the energy transfer process from Eu3+ to the Dy3+.

    More exact probability of channel encoder input data bits are obtained by utilizing turbo code, which is needed in a maximum aposteriori probability (MAP) decoder, to replace the independent and identically distributed (IID) assumption of this probability in general turbo equalization. From the relationship between the two Turbolike methods, the convergence property of turbo codes in turbo equalization is investigated, and then the appropriate degrees of iteration in inner loop are determined based on certain iteration degree in outer loop.

    Eye detection method for multipose face image in complex background is studied. Firstly, we project the image to YCbCr space and get skin and face region by the skin model based on the distribution of the skin; secondly, the possible eye regions can be found according to the rules formulated by the eye distribution and its characteristics; lastly, the eye position is confirmed by eye templates distribution model. Experiment results show that the method is efficient and precise.

    Range and domain blocks are clustered by using Kmean clustering method, and range blocks search domain blocks in the same category, which can shorten encoding time significantly. The encoding speed of our method is about 5 times faster than that of the classical Jacquin's algorithm, and the quality of the decoding images can be retained as well when the compression ratio is fixed. We also tested some other fast encoding schemes based on variance, and the experimental results show that our algorithms are superior to them.

    The genetic algorithm is combined with particle filter to track nonrigid target realtime based on the color feature. Generally, the target is tracked by genetic algorithm, using the optimal chromosome as the target state. When the heavy occlusion occurs, the optimal chromosome is not necessarily the real target state. Then the idea of particle filter is adopted by using the weighted mean of all the chromosomes as the tracking result to overcome the influence of occlusion. Experimental results indicate that the proposed method is robust and has good performances under complicated background.

    Presents a method for enlarging the domain of attraction of the origin for continuoustime /discretetime systems with actuator saturation and uncertainties via a saturated linear feedback. Linear matrix inequalities(LMIS) based conditions are established for both case, which can easily be used for controller synthesis. The problem of designing linear state feedback laws such that the domain of attraction is enlarged is formulated and solved as an optimization problem with LMI constraints. The effectiveness of the developed method is illustrated with example.

    Influence of interstimulus interval (ISI) of two stimuli on visual evoked potential (VEP) of human was investigated in this research, when the human subjects were presented with a pair of flashes as stimuli. It was indicated that preceding visual stimulus inhibited the amplitude of the evoked potential of the succeeding visual stimulus. The inhibition was dependent on ISI of the two stimuli, and the shorter the ISI the stronger the inhibition would be. The evoked potential of the succeeding stimulus was inhibited completely by the preceding stimulus when the ISI was shorter than 250?ms. VEP of the succeeding stimulus emerges gradually and the amplitude of the VEP becomes larger with the ISI longer and longer than 250?ms. The prepulse inhibition reflects the neural refractory effect of brain in response to continuous stimuli. Prepulse inhibition phenomena suggest that the principle of time priority encoding and principle of time weighting encoding is followed in brain information processing. The research will be applied in brain function, in pathology and diagnosis of schizophrenia.

    A Tate Pairingbased appointed multireceiver signcryption scheme is presented, in which some characteristics of Tate pairing are used. The new scheme offers a good way to solve the problem of signature with a lot of appointed receivers. Additionally, this scheme is simply designed and easily implemented. Only one pairing computation is needed in it to sign a single message for all appointed receivers. As a result, the efficiency gain of the new scheme is huge especially when there are a large number of recipients.

    Genetic algorithm searches global optimum solution easily, but its local search optimization ability is poor and premature convergence and random roam can easily take place. Based on basic genetic algorithm theory and its practice course that this paper uses, some improved measures to its shortcomings are presented: by means of the chaos serial's properties of “ergodicity, randomness,regularity", original population is generated; the strategy that the best individual is saved and the worst individual is replaced is adopted. On the base of improved genetic algorithm, adaptive crossover and mutation rate formula are introdued. At the same time, the crossover rate and mutation rate are adjusted by extent coefficient to form adaptive genetic algorithm. By a numerical example of the fifteen bar truss, the optimal results and courses of the alyorithm are compared with that of basic genetic algorithm and improved genetic algorithm so that its advantage is demonstrated.

    Based on the precipitation monitoring data over the years in Qingdao City, the characteristics and trend of chemical composition of precipitation were studied, the correlation among the ion concentration and acidity, other ion concertration and conductivity, and the correlation among the chemical composition of precipitation and the surface concentration and discharge intensity of acidic gases were also studied. The research conclusions provide the scientific bases for understanding the forming process and impact factors of the acid rain in Qingdao City.

    A RPHPLC(Reverse Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography) method was found which can determine five βlactam antibiotics under the same conditions simultaneously. The five drugs of cephradine, cephalexin, cefaclor, ampicillin and amoxicillin were determined, using C8 column and HACNaAC buffer (pH value is 3.6)methanol(75∶25) as mobile phase, the UV detector were set at 254 nm. The five drugs can be separated each other in 20min. The detect limits of five drugs were 0.18, 0.21, 0.12, 0.35, 0.25 μg/mL respectively. The proposed method was applied to determine the amount of drugs in human serum and urine and the result was satisfactory. The recovery of five drugs in human serum was all greater than 94.6%, in urine was all greater than 88.3%. It is proved that the method was simple, fast and sensitive.

    A novel OverSaturated Wavelet Packet Division Multiple Access (OWPDMA) system is presented, in which oversaturated codes are orthogonal to each other and are located in the scale as low as possible in the tree structure of wavelet packet. According to the property of MultiAccess Interference (MAI), a novel Packet Successive Interference Cancellation (PSIC) method is proposed as MultiUser Detection (MUD) algorithm. Computer simulation results in AWGN channel and single path Rayleigh fading channel demonstrate that the novel system, with more capacity than orthogonal WPDMA code set, has the performance weakly inferior to orthogonal WPDMA code set and Lowest Scale OWPDMA code set. PSIC MUD method has the complexity linear with the number of users, with good convergent tendency.

    There are various connection methods for threephase transformer. It is stipulated internationally with clockdenoted method that the linking groups of threephase transformer are symbolized by the relationship between the first side linepotential and the second one of the threephase transformer. But this linepotential can not reflect the real linking of the transformer windings direetly. This paper presents a new method to determine the linking groups of threephase transformer based on the voltage phase relationship. The linking groups of transformer are confirmed by rotating the voltage vectors of second side according to the phase between the first and second side phasevoltage. The analytic course is simple and directly perceivable, the concept of left/right triangle wiring mode of three phase windings is proposed. It is also a new method of power electronics subject education.

    Clustering of spatial data in the presence of obstacles has a wide application, and is an important research issue recently. A novel meshbased clustering algorithm in the presence of obstacles is presented. Which introduces the concept of obstaclemesh into the algorithm of CLICQU. By decomposing obstacles into appropriate meshes, the algorithm can deal with randomshape obstacles. Compared with the existing similar algorithms on the aspects of theory analysis and experiment, this algorithm has a preferable time complexity and clustering results on the same data objects.

    The design and implementation of nonedriver USB KEY's interface based on FPGA&ASIC mainly use verilog Hardware Description Language (HDL) to implement universal serial bus (USB) specification and provide a interface for USB transceiver and microcontroller unit (MCU). Using this interface, USB KEY do not need driver during enumeration. This design has been simulated by software, and succefully verified on FPGA board.

    A novel method for image edge detection is presented based on information measurement and Support Vector Machine, which is called ISEDM (Information measure and support vector machine edge detection method). At first, a vector is constructed to fully describe a edge point information measure, which includes neighborhood homogeneity information measure, orientation information measure, and gradient strengths. Secondly, SVM is applied to train and classify the set of feature vectors, so that the edge of the image is detected. The experimental results show that ISEDM can not only effectively reduce the noises of the image, but also can precisely detect the edgeposition, and keep the image edges' details well.

    The velocity field in upperbound analysis of plane axial symmetry problem for Coulomb materials is established according to the normal plastic flow rule. The general solving method of internal energy dissipation rate in terms of bulk stain rate in deforming region is presented. The axial symmetry permeation problem of thickwalled cylinder is solved and the permeating force field is obtained. The stability of thickwalled cylinder under permeating force is analyzed with upperbound method and the upperbound solution is found the same as the true solution.

    Experiments were conducted by using raw water from a reservoir of south China to study consumption of chlorine dioxide and formation of chlorite. The results show that chlorine dioxide decays quickly in the beginning in samples, then the consumption is constant in first ordermodel. 39.7%~57.9% and 48.0%~70.0% of chlorine dioxide consumption are converted into chlorite by means of the combinations of chlorine dioxide and chlorine, and pure chlorine dioxide, respectively. And the amount of chlorite formation is lower as micropolluted raw water is treated by the comlinations.

    he aerobic granular sludge was cultivated successfully in SBR systems. The physicchemical properties of the aerobic granular sludge are described in this paper. At the same time, its forming mechanism is also discussed. Research results show that the sludge has good settling ability, and its other properties are aslo better than that of conventional activated sludge. The formation of the sludge is a result produced commonly by its affecting factors.

    In recent years, the use of chlorine dioxide as a disinfectant for drinking water has become increasingly attractive. As a result, an accurate method for the determination of mg/L concentration of chlorine dioxide is needed. The low concentration of chlorine dioxide in water was determined by spectrophotometry according to the characteristic of decoloration of thymol blue by using chlorine dioxide as oxidant in this paper. The linearity of the standard working curve is good in the range of 0.00~2.50?mg/L chlorine dioxide concentration in the alkali medium. The interference factors to influence the determination of chlorine dioxide were also investigated. The experiment indicates that the interference is less when ClO2-1.12?mg/L, ClO3-47.04?mg/L, and free available chlorine0.48?mg/L, respectively.
