    Ni-Ti alloys were produced by vacuum hotpressing technology and alternately piling up titanium foil of 0.04mm and nickle one of 0.02mm in thickness. The results show as follows: the diffusion layers are observed in NiTi alloys produced at 700℃ and 12.5MPa for 1h, and TiNi and Ti3Ni intermetallic phases are formed at interface by reactive diffusion; a relatively homogeneous structure of TiNi are obtained at 850℃ and 12.5MPa for 1h; the hardness of alloys produced 850℃ and 12.5MPa for 1h increases to 474HV by solid solution treatment at 900℃ for 2h,and reduceds to 418HV by subsequent ageing treatment at 500℃ for 2?h.

    DFM(Design for Manufacturing) is one of the important aspects in CIMS. In Design for Sheet-metal Manufacturing system, in order to realize computer recognition automatically from CAD to DFM system, the STEP files are used as intermedia. Through the definition of regulation for sheet-metal features, the needed manufacturing parameters are extracted from STEP files, so the feature recognition from design fields to manufacturing fields is realized automatically.

    The published solubilities data of 24 solids in supercritical fluid (SCF) were simulated and predicted by back-propagation artificial neural networks (BPANN) model. The results show that the model can simulate and interpolate the solubility of solids in SCF well, and it is a better way to simulate and interpolate the solubility of the most solids in SCF, but having the worse extrapolative effect.

    The nonmetal thickwall pressure pipe mentioned is a new type of wire longitudinal enhanced and high elasticity polymer material pipe, 4.0~8.0 MPa water or air pressure is injected. Under the outside elasticity constrain, internal pressure injected and elastic deformation analyses are made approximately to meet engineering demand. The normal pressure produced by the outside elasticity constrain is simplified to be homogeneous distribution, the pipe is simplified to be round cylinder, by means of pressure tunnel theory. The injected internal pressure, squeezing pressure, tubular radial and ring deformation are analyzed. The analytical method and calculation formula lay the engineering application foundation for the nonmetal thick-wall pressure pipe.

    The parameters, which includes the diameter of the jet chamber, chamber length, the diameter of upper and lower jet, the center angle of the collapse wall, must match excellently to produce fine excited vibration. Dimensional analyses are employed to complete numerical simulation with a variety of states combining three chamber diameters, five chamber lengthes, four upper and one lower jet diameters. The numerical foundation of the optimization on the self-excited pulse jet is investigated through the analysis of the simulation results.

    Basing on the difference of directions between the direction of phase shift constant and direction of amplitude attenuation when the electromagnetic wave propagates in conductive medium, and using the boundary conditions of electromagnetic wave at the interface of conductive media, we set up the formulae of directional relations between the direction of phase shift constant and direction of amplitude attenuation, and realize that two directions of phase shift constant and amplitude attenuation are expressed with one incident angle. For low frequent inhomogeneous reflected electromagnetic wave(LIREW), we give the reflection coefficient on the interface of conductive media, derive the reflected phase angles for the polarizing direction of electric field parallel and perpendicular to the incident plane by the reflection coefficient, and establish relation expression of reflected phase shift with the incident angle. From the results we can find that there are the phase shifts in all incident angles that are form 0° to 90°, which are great difference with phase shifts of total reflected light.

    The ignition, stability and burnup characteristics of pulverized coal and blends, coming from various kinds of coals utilized in the power plant in Shandong Province, were experimentally studied with thermogravimetry. The results showed that the combustion characteristics of blended coals would regularly vary with the blending ratio of different kind of coal when the combustion characteristics of different kinds of coals blended were approximately identical; the combustion characteristics of blended coals would be strongly different from various kinds of coals blended, and be generally bad when the difference in the combustion characteristics of different kinds of coals blended were large. The combustion characteristics of blended coals were complicated and could not be figured out by the linear correlation with the combustion characteristics of different kinds of blended coals.

    The update model of the probability vector in compact GA is characterized by random walk, based on which the components update of the probability vector in the CGA with binary code is studied. A novel algorithm (GCCGA) is proposed consequently. By using this algorithm, the fitness difference of the two competitors is increased. This can guarantee the probability vector updates availably. The GCCGA is performed in the numerical function in order to investigate the speed of convergence and the ability of global optimization in nonlinear optimization. The results indicate that the novel algorithm is efficient.

    In order to deal with the nonlinear and timevarying character of the IV, this paper presents a new idea that replace time with space to construct IV transverse locomotion pattern space. The simulative locomotion information is sampled based on the vehicle mathematical model by changing parameters in the various environments. The construction method has also been deduced based on FCM using the data. The method can cluster the sampled data set effectively. Clustering set is clear, and the subspace is divided distinctly. It provides a theoretical basis for IV locomotion pattern space construction. Finally, data clustering and pattern space construction are simulated. The simulation results show that the method is effective and feasible. Key words: IV; FCM; fuzzy clustering; locomotion pattern space

    To feedback the regenerative energy of braking timely and effectively, a novel energyfeedback control system based on 3phase pulse width modulation engine SA4828 was developed. The system configuration and operation principle were discussed at first, then the design method of energyfeedback microprocessor supervisory system was given. The resolution of control and display were improved by adding a subtraction circuit in detection of DC voltage. A 15kVA prototype is built in laboratory, the experimental results show that the system design reasonable with more than 30% of energysaving effect, which extent the application of general inverter. By the use of SA4828, the system has the merits of simple configuration and low feedback current harmonic, which give it a good application prospect.

    Applying a novel method of PortControlled Hamiltonian (PCH) systems,the modeling and control of doublyfed induction machine (DFIM) are presented when load torque is known and unknown.A PCH model of DFIM is established. A doublyfed induction machine and a controller are interconnected, desired closedloop PCH system structure is obtained by the feedback. The desired closedloop Hamiltonian function is given. The controller and load torque observer are designed. The equilibrium stability of the system is also verified.The control of electrical subsystem and mechanical subsystem are implemented. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme has a good performance and practical use prospects.

    In order to optimize disassembly sequence for wornout or malfunctioning products ,firstly, it was proposed to build InterferenceFreeness Matrix for assembly to describe the structure of assembly.Next, new ideas about disassembly wedge and algorithm were proposed too.Based on these, the direction and order for every part to be disassembled from assembly can be computed.At last, because the neighborhood may converge too fast and limit the search to a local optimum prematurely during the process of Genetic Algorithms(GAs), this study attempted to combine the strengths of GAs and Tabu search and presented the detailed flow chart of the hybrid approach.More robust search behavior can possibly be obtained by incorporating the Tabu's intensification and diversification strategies into GAs.A new algorithm of generating optimal original disassembly sequences was proposed. A case study was tested to demonstrate the approach. Results showed that the valid disassembly sequences obtained were superior to those derived by GAs alone in fitness value, number and distribution.The approach developed is generic and can be applied to handle more complicated disassembly tasks.

    Based on the singleobjective methods of drought assessment, a new comprehensive method for drought assessment and forecast was proposed. In this method, a fuzzy assessment and forecast model in constructed; and 4 factors——surface water, ground water, soil water and precipitation water were selected as main affecting factors for drought assessment and forecast. Using the data observed from 1972 to 2003 in Shandong Province, the droughts taken place during this period were assessed comprehensively, and the results, which can be used for droughtcountermeasure planning, accord with the reality of Shandong Province

    Genetic Algorithm(GA) neural network combines neural network's learning, errors adjusting with GA's comprehensive searching ability. Standard GA is modified in some aspects such as coding, selection, crossover and mutation in order to improve its efficiency and performance. Then it is used to calculate weight and threshold values of neural network and to determine the best network structural. By using this method, a GA neural network model is established by observation data to forecast displacement of dam. The capability and forecast precision of the model are also proved and provide useful technical support for monitoring dam safety.

    The ratio of the real flood inflow with its primitive predictive inflow is regarded as random variate which conforms to normal probability distribution. Its mean and variance are also treated as random variables. Following Bayesian conjugate distribution method, the prior and posterior probability distributions functions of the mean and variance are inferred. The actual flux's probability distribution function can be deduced in terms of the posterior distribution functions. The ratio of the actual inflow's observation value with the primitive predictive value is regarded as a sample. In terms of the ratio's value, the posterior distributions of the mean and variance are dynamically regulated. Furthermore the actual inflow's probability distribution and quantile can be realtimely corrected and estimated for times after current time.

    Bayes decision procedure is used to determine the threshold value in (α,β)-rough set model. Firstly, the basic notion of (α,β)-rough set and the Bayes decision procedure for classification are briefly introduced. Then, (α,β)-rough set model of the minimumrisk Bayes decision problem is set up,and the connections between the threshold value in (α,β)-rough set model and the decision risk of the Bayes decision problem are discussed. Finally, the calculating formulas of the threshold value and its intuitive interpretation are given.

The representatives of samples are judged by the thinking of grey relational grade analysis in grey system theory. If the samples have relatively good representative, then the optimal dividing matrix can be induced and computed from them. The feasibility of this algorithm is verified by analyzing the example. A new method and thinking way is provided for judging problem of fuzzy cluster optimal dividing. By combing the studying method of relevant subject with fuzzy sets theory, it riches the methods system of fuzzy sets system.

    The existence of optimum grain size examined theoretically is a mesoscopic effect, which comes from the failure of Fermic statistical formula describing negative oxygen ion concentrationns when grain size reduces to a certain range. According to Kubo's theory, when the grain size reduces to a characteristic length rm, the grain will exhibit neutrality. The Fermi statistics must be corrected to give the optimum grain size r*0=2rm theoretically. Using the Kubo's formula of electron work function, the numbers of rm and r*0 are estimated, which are consistent with experimental results.

    A simple method to generate forming limit diagram(FLD) and forming limit stress diagram(FLSD) has been developed. This method is based on the finite element method and uses the peak value of contact force of punch and the change in strain path as two criteria for the necking of the sheet metal. By using a well known dynamic explicit analysis code Pamstamp2G, the process of experimental method to get FLD was simulated. FLD and FLSD obtained in this way were compared with those obtained from the SwiftHill model、NADDRG model and experimental method. Results showed that FLD and FLSD obtained by using this method were more consistent with the experimental results than those obtained by using the theoretical method.

    An improved Finite Element Analysis(FEA) on the crankshaft model of 6160 diesel engine is presented. Displacement boundary conditions and loading boundary conditions as well as loading method under alternating stress status of bending and torsional load are introduced in detail. Based on the improved crankshaft FEA model and boundary conditions, the crankshaft fatigue evaluations before and after power updating are made. The result shows that the improved model simulates the working condition of 6160 diesel engine crankshaft practically, and thus provides useful guidance for optimal crankshaft design.

    We usually estimate the channel attenuation factor in the frequency domain in OFDM systems. The values of the estimated channel coefficients are composed of the multiplicative fading which is needed, and the additive fading which is negative to the quality of the estimation. Wavelet denoising is used to impair the negative effect. It has been validated that the method improved the system performance without increasing complexity. Then we also verify the robustness of the new method with different channels.

    Gives a new algorithm of medical image registration based on maximum of mutual information (MMI) and edge correlative deviation. This algorithm combines the edge correlative deviation of the reference image and floating image with the mutual information values of original images, and builds a new function to guide the searching course and thereby to realize the registration. Comparing to the standard MMI, this new algorithm accords with the individuality of images, by avoiding the instability brought by the mutual histogram but considering the information of the voxels' intensity values. Tests have proven that this new method additionally has several improved attributes in aspects of the more obvious climaxes of parameters' curves, more diminished errors on extremes conditions that images lack intensity values, better robust when resisting aggravated white noise.

    Neutral noneffective grounding model is adopted in 10 kV automatic blocking and continuous power transmission line with long distance and badly corridor environment. Fault (especially to singlephase earth fault) occurred frequently, which was difficult to detect in the lines. In order to solve the fault location problem, this paper analyzes the electric structure of automatic blocking and continuous power transmission line, investigating the transient characteristics of traveling waves generated by different fault in the lines on the basis of traveling wave theory. The results show that transient process of earth fault and short fault in neutral noneffective grounding systems produce aerial mode component of traveling waves with steadyparameters. Transmission rules of traveling waves among the lines and reflection rules in the lines' end are analyzed in detail. The work in this paper offers the theory basis for the fault location using traveling waves in automatic blocking and continuous power transmission lines.

    MohrCoulomb model is a perfect elastoplastic model. It only considers the variation of material strength with lateral compressive stress, while ignoring the variation of elastic modulus with lateral compressive stress and stress level, which doesn't reflect the true characteristic of geological material. The elasticity modulus in MohrCoulomb model was modified by employing the processing method of tangential modulus in DuncanChang nonlinear model. In the modified model, the stressstrain curve in the elastic phrase behaves as hyperbola. In order to embed the modified model in FLAC3D, a preprocessing program was written and was used to analyze the traverse bearing capacity of rigid piles numerically. Because the unloading modulus in the modified model isn't defined renewedly, it only fits the case of persisting loading well.
