    Multiple objective and attribute decision making based on the subjective and objective weighting

    For main defects of traditional subjective weighing and objective weighing method in the process of multi-objective and multiple attribute decision, a new weight way combined subjective and objective weighting method was proposed. Subjective weigh method has advantages of considering three different attitudes (pessimistic, neutral, optimistic) of the policy makers. Objective weighting method was based on the CRITIC method and the Entropy value method, which fully considered the discrete, correlation and contrast intensity of the data. Finally, linear group legal and multiplication operator were used to combine subjective and objective weighting method. The feasibility and practicability of the proposed method was proved by the experiment of assessment on the anti-interference ability of the communication equipment.

    A new method was designed for the resolution system using OID (object identifier) technology. This method was based on distributed architecture deployment and utilizes the resolution mechanism consisting two processes-the general resolution process and the application resolution process, to achieve the goal of unique identification, precise localization and multi-resolution of different objects in the transportation field.Experimental results showed the technical advantages as well as the feasibility compared with the other identification technologies.

    Aiming at the poor wireless channel ang high error rate at the scene of fire, a joint source channel coding based on the multi-hardware encoder was proposed. With the compound control method, the receiving end would send the video quality evaluation result to the sending end in real time from the closed-loop control. Aiming at the possible failure of feedback channel, 3 encodes were employed for the H.264 encoding of different compression ratio for the same thermal imager from the open-loop control. Meanwhile, the most appropriate code stream was selected to be loaded into the data transfer ratio according to the attitude parameters of thermal imager provided by the gyroscope. Experimental results showed that the PSNR (peak signal to noise ratio), real-time capabilitiness, and reliabilitiness were improved on the basis of the guarantee of certain bandwidth.

    To improve accuracy of faulty line selection in distribution network, a new fault line selection method was put forward which was based on the relative change rate of transient zero mode current. By analyzing the transient electrical quantities characteristics of distribution, the standard reference sequence of instantaneous rate of change for the zero mode current and the transient line selection dominant bands was defined. The maximum instantaneous rate of change after single phase fault in the dominant bands was calculated and was compared with the standard reference sequence. Then the fault line can be determined according to the relative maximum instantaneous rate of change. Theoretical analysis and simulation results showed that the method could increase the fault characteristic differences effectively and was good in selectivity and adaptability.

    An interface model of cloud computing platform based on SOA(service-oriented architecture) architecture was presented for the cloud service robot in the family usage scenarios. The basic functions of cloud computing platform were defined as meta services, the service of SOA layer was decomposed into a list of meta services according to the data type and platform level, service decomposition and reconstruction were accomplished through the meta service list and related resources, reorganization and reuse of the meta service was achieved. Stubs of service quality were used to save the real-time information against the problem of service quality monitoring, mapping and management of services were accomplished through the meta service list and stubs of service quality, service dynamic scheduling was realized by the service management and service scheduling layer. The effectiveness and feasibility of the SOA interface model were tested by experiments.

    In terms of the problems of the traditional algorithms concerning the working nonfluncy of the distance education operating system and the drop-outs video playing, a perceptive encryption algorithm was proposed based on the advantages and disadvantages of the comprehensive induction of the traditional video encryption scheme and the characteristics of the H.264 video data. Furthermore, an experimental platform of distance education video was established to modify the kernel of Android system, aggrandize the video data flow processing bank and introduce the remote education receiving devices. When the video was displayed on the basis of the perceptive encryption, asterisks appeared. The video could be displayed by applying the decryption algorithm to the perceptive algorithm. And the Android system works smoothly, which indicates that the effective control of video encryption and video decryption could be achieved through the algorithm, and the system operation stability could also be guaranteed.

    Traditional disturbance observer(DOB) could not guarantee the internal stability of nominal systems and non-minimum phase systems. A new DOB method was proposed in the frequency domain to improve the stability of the system. The compensator was sophisticatedly designed, which circumvented the situation that the denominator of the modulation transfer function was zero. The line of sight (LOS) stabilization experiment showed that the output disturbance residual of the control system was decreased by 75% under the disturbance of 3 degrees, 1 Hz. The proposed method was capable of insuring the internal stability of the system, and could suppress the disturbance effectively with wide bandwidth and rapid frequency response. This method presented an instruction to design the control system of photoelectric stabilized platforms.

    The micro-parameters of parallel bond model could not satisfy the compressive strength and tensile strength simultaneously, this was a problem in the simulation of rocks. A set of uniaxial tension tests and uniaxial compression tests of rocks were simulated to investigate this problem. First, DEM specimens with different porosity ratio and different nonuniform coefficient were calibrated according to the laboratory test results of Lac du Bonnet granite. Second, the deficiency of the parallel bond model was pointed out and the improved methods were proposed from the perspective of microscopic failure mechanism. The simulation results showed that the microscopic parameters satisfied tension strength was one order of magnitude deviated from the microscopic parameters, which could also satisfy compression strength. Tensile characteristics and shear characteristics were considered in the parallel bond model, while the influence of normal stress on the bond was ignored. This was the reason that the tension-compression strength ratio of rock was different from the experimental result. It was advised to use clumped particle model which could simulate particle breakage or cementation model based on laboratory tests.

    In order to study the stress performance of modified raw adobe, modified adobes were made by different proportion clay, cement, and lime. The best proportion of modified raw adobe additive was found by a series of compression performance test. The results showed that compressive strength of modified raw adobe increased slightly with proportion of clay mass portion increasing. Compressive strength of modified raw adobe presented an upward tendency in a straight line with cement content increasing. Compressive strength of modified raw adobe first increased and then decreased with the content of lime increasing. The compressive strength of modified raw adobe was the highest when the mass fraction of lime was 18%. In general, the compressive strength of modified raw adobe was higher. The modified raw adobes, which had sintering-free, fast-forming and reducing-pollution advantages, could make up for the disadvantage of low compressive strength of plain raw adobes effectively.

    In order to solve the problem of lacking effective targeted grouting equipment and methods to water disaster of the porosity sandstone, a new kind of grouting equipment for the water disaster governance in porosity sandstone was developed, which could output stable low pressure and controlled flow rate through continuous extrusion mode in the injection process. Moreover, a new method for the grouting treatment in porosity sandstone was proposed and supplemented by new grouting equipment, which could improve the injecting property of the sandstone medium, and guarantee the grouting effects effectively. The new grouting equipment and method were applied to the grouting experiment about porosity sandstone medium successfully, and compared with the piston grouting pump. The result about diffusion radius, diffusion experiments shape and grouting pressure showed that piston injection pump was not suitable for the water disaster governance in porosity sandstone, the equipment and method was further validated scientific and feasible, and a new way of thinking for the treatment of gushing water in porosity sandstone of underground projects was provided.

    To study the space creep effect of heavy haul railway continuous rigid frame bridge, constitutive relation of concrete creep was modified by user programmable features (UPFs) of ANSYS software. Based on the largest heavy haul railway in Shanxi province, creep research of bridge was conducted. Box girders were simulated by shell element and piers by spatial beam elements. Considering the construction process of a continuous rigid frame bridge, refined analysis of three dimensional creep effect for heavy haul railway continuous rigid frame bridge was carried out. The results of refined analysis model and beam model were compared. Difference between different design standard was compared. The results showed that major changes happened in the long-term deformation of beam body if spatial creep effect was considered. The vertical deflection of the shell element increased about 25% than that of the beam model. Vertical deflection value based on B3 model was larger than that based on JTG D62—2004 design standard and TB design standard, and B3 model should be utilized to compute long-term deformation of box girder bridge.

    By means of multi-objective nonlinear programming function idea, combining with Xiangfu Road station foundation pit of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan intercity high-speed rail, the data of various monitoring items during the inversion process were used to obtain more accurate inversion parameters. By comparing the single objective function inversion calculation results of mechanical parameters, multi-objective function inversion mechanics parameter calculation results and field monitoring value, the results showed that the numerical analysis results using back analysis of mechanical parameters obtained by multi-objective function were more close to the actual monitoring results. The greater the amount of information of multiple monitoring data used in the construction was, the better the reliability of mechanical parameters inversion was.

    In order to reduce hardware complexity of mobile devices, a new transmission scheme was proposed based on transmit antenna selection and switch-and-examine combining. The probability density function of the signal-to-noise ratio was used to generate the moment generating functions for phase shift keying modulation, quadrature amplitude modulation, and pulse amplitude modulation. By integrating the moment generating functions, the exact average symbol error probability expressions were derived. The exact closed-form outage probability expressions were also derived by integrating the probability density function of the signal-to-noise ratio. The simulation results showed that the system performance was improved with the transmitting/receiving antennas and the fading coefficient increased, while the fading factor decreased.

    Donoho D L and Elad M proved stability theorem of problem (P0ε) by using the properties of matrix's mutual-coherence and sparkη(A) respectively. Counter-example was used to show that there were some mistakes in Elad M's proof, and then stability theorem of problem (P0ε) was reproved by using the properties of sparkη(A) and the singular value of matrix.
