Abstract: Based on the brief introduction of the  fractal theory, a detailed research about studying the Lotka′s law in a fractal way was put forward. In addition, the fractal property of Lotka′s law presented on statistics was also studied. By comparing the common deduction of the fractal dimensions with the Lotka′s law, the fractal model of Lotka′s law was built. The abstract fractal meaning of the power index in Lotka′s law was analyzed by this model, and the fractal property of Lotka′s law were verified by practical data.
