摘要: 为有效规划和管理能源资源,促进区域可持续发展,以山东省为研究对象,构建山东省综合能源系统可持续发展能力评价指标体系,利用熵权法量化可持续发展能力。研究结果表明:山东省综合能源系统的经济、环境和社会子系统的可持续发展能力持续升高,资源子系统的可持续发展能力有降低发展趋势,煤炭消耗量、用电量及较高的第二产业占比等是制约山东省综合能源系统可持续发展水平提高的重要因素。山东省应提高第三产业和高新技术产业占比,积极发展新能源和可再生能源,进一步优化电力生产结构与能源消费结构,为山东省综合能源系统高质量可持续发展助力。
