“箱中箱”结构立滑板的有限元分析及其优化设计

Finite element analysis and optimization design for the vertical slide board of the ‘boxinbox’ structure

摘要:

为了提高机床“箱中箱”结构立滑板的动静态特性,增强机床整机的刚性,在CAD/CAE集成仿真设计平台下,对立滑板分别进行静力学和模态分析,结果表明Y、X向的静刚度有待提高,凸振和摆动较为明显。对此,设计4种改进的立滑板,提出基于模糊变换的动静态性能综合评价法,并从中优选出最佳的改进方案。对改进后的立滑板进行动态优化设计,得到最优的立滑板结构。研究表明:对立滑板进行结构改型和尺寸优化设计能有效地提高动静态性能。

Abstract:

In order to improve dynamic and static performance of the ‘boxinbox’ structures vertical slide board and rigidity of machine tool, statics and a modal finite element analysis for the  vertical slide board were carried out in theCAD/CAE simulation design platform. The result indicated that the stiffness in Y, X directions should be improved, and the convex vibration and swing of the vertical slide board were obvious. In this regard, four improved plans of the vertical slide board were designed, and the best improvement plan was selected by using dynamic and static performance evaluation based on fuzzy transformation. The optimized vertical slide board structure was obtained by conducting the dynamic optimal design for the improved vertical slide board. The results showed that modification and size optimization design for the vertical slide board could effectively improve  static and dynamic performance.
