基于现场总线的软件化开放式CNC体系结构

摘要: 将现场总线引入控制系统的硬件体系结构,使每个外部设备都成为现场总线通信网络中的一个节点,构成基于现场总线的数控系统,使硬件安装和扩展方便,提高了系统的可靠性和控制精度.结合现场总线的特点和开放式系统的要求,提出了一种基于现场总线的开放式CNC(Computer Numerical Control)系统的体系结构,该体系结构划分为应用层、控制层和设备层三个层次,对每一层的功能进行了系统的分析和描述.总线规范采用自主开发的实时串行总线技术,基于Windows 2000操作系统平台,采用COM/DCOM技术的软件设计方法,实现数控系统的软件模块的重用与扩充,满足数控系统开放性的要求.

Abstract: Fieldbus system is introduced into CNC hardware frame as data exchange interface between PC and digital servos or I/O equipments, which brings the convenient construction and expansion, the increased reliability and control precision. Combined the characteristics of fieldbus with the requirements of open CNC system, the architecture of fieldbus based open CNC system is presented. The system is divided into application layer, control layer and device layer. The functions of each layer are analyzed and described. The CNC system selects realtime serial communication bus as fieldbus interface, and Windows 2000 as software platform. CNC software is implemented by COM/DCOM. The system realizes the reusability and expansibility of the software modules and meets the requirements for the openness of CNC system.
