摘要: 为了解决模具表面龟裂问题,采用激光技术和仿生技术相结合的方法进行修复。利用激光填丝焊修复的方法,在模具试样表面制备修复层,对修复层进行组织观察、硬度分析及X射线能谱分析,得出激光填丝焊修复的最优工艺参数为电流180 A,离焦量-10 mm,激光脉宽8 ms,填丝速度0.032 m/min,并对修复的模具进行热疲劳试验和寿命测试。试验结果表明,利用激光填丝焊修复受损模具,提高模具表面硬度,有效细化组织晶粒,延长模具使用寿命,为压铸模具修复提供一种新的思想。
