PET-砖粉砂浆的耐久性研究

Durability study of PET-brick powder mortar

摘要: 采用废旧PET(polyethylene terephthalate)作为胶凝材料制备PET-黏土砖粉砂浆。研究了PET-砖粉砂浆的吸水率、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性、抗氯离子渗透性,并通过SEM观察其微观形貌。研究结果表明,试件的7d吸水率为0.9%;20个循环后浸泡在硫酸盐溶液与清水中的试件抗压强度仅相差1.83%;PET-砖粉砂浆的氯离子电通量为48C。因此PET-砖粉砂浆具有很好的耐久性。SEM结果表明材料内部较好的密实度,呈现极少的孔隙。

Abstract: PET was used as binder to produce PET-brick powder mortar. The water absorption, sulfate resistance, and chloride penetration resistance of the mortar were investigated. The SEM test was performed to exam the microstructure. The test results showed that the absorption was 0.9% after  7 days. After 20 cycles, the difference in compressive strength was only 1.83% for samples in the sulfate solution and water. The sample had low chloride permeability with a test result of 48 C. The  test results showed that  the PET-brick powder mortar had high durability. The SEM results indicated that the mortar had uniform structure with very small amount of pores inside.
