考虑边界层堵塞的离心泵滑移系数修正

摘要:

通过分析滑移系数两种定义形式的不同,可以得到流动滑移量是滑移系数计算的关键.考虑由粘性效应引起的边界层堵塞的影响,由边界层理论对离心泵叶片表面的边界层进行求解,计算出边界层位移厚度,从而对叶轮流动滑移量进行了修正,使滑移系数的计算更为精确.通过对一组离心泵的滑移系数和扬程的实际计算,结果表明:由于叶轮表面边界层堵塞的影响,使滑移系数计算值减小,使计算出的理论扬程和实际扬程也相应减小,与实验值更为接近.

Abstract:

By analyzing the two definitions of the slip factor, it was found that the flow slip value is the key of the calculation of the slip factor. Considering the affect of the clogging of the boundary layer caused by stickiness, the boundary layer on the vane surface of the centrifugal pump was solved by boundary layer theory, and the displacement thickness of the boundary layer was calculated. The flow slip value on the vane was modified, and the calculation of the slip factor was more exact, which was validated by calculating a series of centrifugal pumps. The slip factor, the theoretical head and the fact head become smaller but closer to the experimental value.
