大流量管道煤气的控制技术研究

摘要:

针对钢厂燃气蒸汽联合循环发电工程的稳压关键技术问题,探讨了混合煤气压力波动机理,提出了混合煤气的主动控制方法,分析了控制阀死区的产生与影响,并研究了死区的补偿机理.结果表明:通过在控制阀执行机构叠加适当的颤振信号可以实现对其死区的有效补偿,而主动控制方法对整个煤气管路的压力脉动抑制效果显著.

Abstract:

How to stabilize the pressure of largeflow mixed gas is a key technique in combined cycle power plant of a steel mill. The fluctuation mechanism of mixed gas was discussed and an active control strategy was presented. Then, the dead band of a control valve and its adverse effects were analyzed and a compensation method for reducing the dead band was investigated. The results show that the dead band compensation can be realized by adding dither signals to the actuator of control valve and the active control method can attenuate the pressure fluctuation of mixed gas effectively.
