Abstract: To feedback the regenerative energy of braking timely and effectively, a novel energyfeedback control system based on 3phase pulse width modulation engine SA4828 was developed. The system configuration and operation principle were discussed at first, then the design method of energyfeedback microprocessor supervisory system was given. The resolution of control and display were improved by adding a subtraction circuit in detection of DC voltage. A 15kVA prototype is built in laboratory, the experimental results show that the system design reasonable with more than 30% of energysaving effect, which extent the application of general inverter. By the use of SA4828, the system has the merits of simple configuration and low feedback current harmonic, which give it a good application prospect.
