Abstract: To feedback the regenerative energy of braking timely and effectively, a novel energyfeedback control system based on 3phase pulse width modulation engine SA4828 was developed. The system configuration and operation principle were discussed at first, then the design method of energyfeedback microprocessor supervisory system was given. The resolution of control and display were improved by adding a subtraction circuit in detection of DC voltage. A 15kVA prototype is built in laboratory, the experimental results show that the system design reasonable with more than 30% of energysaving effect, which extent the application of general inverter. By the use of SA4828, the system has the merits of simple configuration and low feedback current harmonic, which give it a good application prospect.
