Abstract: For the post-processing of a finite element system for the microstructure of polycrystalline materials, an idea of developing software FEPost-processing (3D version) was introduced. This software’s subject was 3D digital material based on finite element’s software ABAQUS created by Voronoi technology, of which the finite element ideas and technology were used. A suitable algorithm was used to transplant the node based database into the element based ones. Then the kind of grain that this element belongs to was determined. The element information was processed by the volume weight average method. The quantitative characterization was accomplished for the internal state variables of polycrystalline materials after its loading from the monotonic scale. A visualization of the Mechanics’ Characteristic was obtained.
