摘要:
对典型Φ1650 mm金刚石圆锯片进行预应力处理,采集预应力处理前后锯片基体的轴向变形量,研究预应力施加位置与载荷对适张状态的影响。试验结果表明:预应力施加位置离圆心越远,切向拉应力的效果越明显,锯片的轴向刚性与稳定性增强,锯切过程中锯片基体抑制轴向受载变形的能力提高216%~232%;预应力施加载荷使圆锯片抑制变形的能力提高,若预应力施加载荷过大,预应力处理后锯片整体刚性与稳定性变弱,基体抑制轴向受载变形能力仅提高155%~187%。
