摘要:

论述了混合炸药配方设计的基本思想,对含金属混合炸药,在考虑所有可能生成产物的情况下,给出爆炸反应方程式,得到了其配方设计的数学模型.利用遗传算法(GA)对示例模型进行求解,结果表明遗传算法能快速收敛到模型的最优解,而且求解结果符合最大放热原则,所求配方比例可以作为配方设计的参考值.

Abstract:

The basic thoughts of formulation design for a composite explosive were discussed. Considering all the possible reaction products, a chemical reaction equation was established and a mathematical model of formulation design was obtained. The genetic algorithm(GA) was utilized to solve the example model, and the calculation results showed that GA can quickly search for the optimal solution, which agreed with the principle of the largest heat release. The results could be considered as reference values in formulation design.
