摘要: 采用SEM,XRD等手段分析了Ti/Sb2O5+SnO2/α-PbO2/β-PbO2电极的结构和性能.同时将其用于酸性嫩黄2G废水的处理,对影响COD去除率的各种要素进行了试验研究.最终确定了反应器的最佳运行条件为:电流强度0.6A、电解时间6h、极板间距32mm、初始pH值6.0.结果表明,该反应器具有较高的COD去除率,并能有效地提高废水的可生化性.

Abstract: The capability and structure of Ti/Sb2O5+SnO2/α-PbO2/β-PbO2 anode is researched by SEMand XRD. This electrode is used in the treatment of acid flavine 2G simulated wastewater, and the effects of parameters on the removal efficiency of COD are also studied. The optimal parameters obtained are as follows, the current grade is 0.6A, the electrolytic time is 6h, the electrode distance is 32mm, the initial pH is 6.0. The experimental results indicate that the reactor could remove COD and the biodegradability of the wastewater efficiently.
