一种复杂热工系统控制过程的设定点优化

摘要: 控制层运用预测PID控制代替常规的PID控制;监控层利用测量信息不断进行反馈校正,为控制层提供优化设定点.仿真结果表明,与设定点固定的控制方法相比,消除了不确定性影响,控制性能和经济目标均有了改善.应用于燃烧炉压力控制系统,得到了较好的控制效果.

Abstract: The predictive PID control was used in stead of general PID control at the controlling level. By the ceaseless feedback tunning based on measuring information utilization at the supervisor level, the optimized setpoint was provided at the control level. The simulation result shows that this method can hurdle the uncertainty and can improve the system performance and the economic objective greatly compared with the fixed setpoints. This new method was applied in a boiler system, whose control effect is also satisfactory.
