摘要: 异性纤维杂质检测技术是近几年来国内外研究的热点,给出了基于机器视觉的异性纤维检测系统框架,并对系统各个模块关键技术进行了阐述. 为了有效清除异性纤维,提出了一种彩色聚色分割方法用于检测皮棉中的异性纤维. 实验结果表明,此方法可以有效的检测皮棉中的异性纤维.

Abstract: The technologies currently used cannot effectively detect foreign fibers in cotton for their diversity and some almost the same appearance as the cotton fibers, which are paid more attention by many countries. This paper presents an inspecting system for foreign fibers based on machine vision. Then the key technologies of subsystems are respectively discussed. In this paper, a color clustering algorithm for detecting foreign fibers is proposed. The experiment result indicates that most of the foreign fibers can be detected.
