Methodology and tools for collaborative modeling of social-information services based on activity theory

摘要: 以第四方平台模式下的科技服务协同为研究案例,通过活动理论对社会-信息服务协同要素进行分析,提出社会-信息服务协同核心建模元素及模型定义,给出基于BPMN2.0扩展的定义语言,设计并实现可视化的社会-信息服务协同建模工具及相关支撑系统。通过具体的科技服务协同案例验证了本研究方法可以有效支持社会-信息服务协同的建模及管理需求。
