摘要: 提出一种中空夹层预制装配式桥墩,设计基于灌浆套筒连接的中空夹层预制装配式桥墩试件,采用拟静力试验对其抗震性能进行研究。研究结果表明:在低周循环往复荷载作用下,中空夹层预制装配式桥墩荷载-位移滞回曲线较为饱满,加载后期均出现较明显的捏拢效应,水平承载力峰值与普通装配式桥墩相当;预埋中空钢管使新型中空夹层预制装配式桥墩的屈服位移、屈服荷载较普通预制装配式桥墩分别提高8.3%和3.7%,墩身初始切线刚度减小约6.4%,增大了加载初期的墩身柔度,有利于桥墩耗能;在低周循环往复荷载作用下,中空夹层预制装配式桥墩墩身曲率在墩底接缝及刚度变化截面具有较为明显的突变,与普通预制装配式桥墩类似,中空夹层预制装配式桥墩和普通预制装配式桥墩主要受力纵筋最终均接近或达到屈服,塑性铰区上移明显;对比两类桥墩耗能曲线、刚度退化曲线和残余位移曲线,中空夹层预制装配式桥墩最终耗能曲线峰值较普通装配式桥墩提高约22%,刚度退化趋势基本一致,在达到屈服位移后有更大的残余位移,墩身变形能力较普通预制装配式桥墩更好。中空夹层预制装配式桥墩可充分发挥钢管变形能力强、刚度退化慢等优势,墩身钢筋混凝土与中空钢管协同工作,共同承受荷载,减轻墩身质量的同时表现出良好的抗震性能。
