Linear matrix inequality approach to enlarging domain of attraction for

Abstract: Presents a method for enlarging the domain of attraction of the origin for continuoustime /discretetime systems with actuator saturation and uncertainties via a saturated linear feedback. Linear matrix inequalities(LMIS) based conditions are established for both case, which can easily be used for controller synthesis. The problem of designing linear state feedback laws such that the domain of attraction is enlarged is formulated and solved as an optimization problem with LMI constraints. The effectiveness of the developed method is illustrated with example.
