The theory, model and method of water resources evaluationombining quantity with quality

Abstract: The present situation of study on evaluation method for water resources is summarized, the theory, model and method of overall evaluation for water resources with quantity and quality are raised, and the overall evaluation index system on water resources is established, in which, the objective weights determined by using the theory and method of engineering fuzzy set, as well as, making full consideration of the variations of forming condition for water resources, according to the regional (drainage area) practice status, water resources is overall evaluated with quantity and quality.
