摘要: 为解决多电飞机电作动装置和电子设备等高热流密度器件的散热问题,提出一种多蒸发器并联的泵驱两相冷却系统。基于热载荷特性,完成冷却系统总体方案设计,并采用模拟仿真方法对泵驱两相冷却系统的运行性能开展分析评估。结果表明,设计的通道尺寸小于1 mm的微通道蒸发器可有效冷却电子设备和电作动装置40 W/cm2以上热流密度的热载荷;冷却系统具有良好的稳态性能和动态性能,能有效消纳40 kW发热量。提出的泵驱两相冷却系统设计方案在运行工况下均能满足各冷却对象的冷却控温需求。
