摘要: 论述了事故树分析法的基本理论及其分析过程,结合城市交通实际问题引入了事故树分析法(FTA),以两汽车追尾事故为例对事故原因进行分类研究,完成了城市交通评价系统的开发,着重介绍了系统的定性分析、定量分析、智能评价模块的研制过程及其功能,对系统的效益及前景作了必要分析.研究成果可促进交通管理的智能化、现代化.

Abstract: The basic theory of FTA, its analysis process and the introduction of FTA according to the practical problems of urban traffic is discussed. The classification of factors causing  accidents is carried out by  preventing a following car striking a car in front, for example. The evaluation system concerning urban traffic is accomplished and focuses on the development process and function of qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis,intelligent evaluation, etc. The benefits and the prospect of the system were  analyzed. The result promotes the intellectualization and modernization of traffic management.
