摘要: DFM(Design for Manufacturing)是CIMS(Computer Integrated Manufacturing System)中的重要一方面,在面向钣金零件的可制造性系统中,为实现从CAD设计域到DFM的计算机识别自动化,以STEP文件为中介,利用对钣金零件特征的定义规则,从STEP文件中提取出制造性评价所需要的参数,实现从设计域到制造性评价域的特征自动识别.

Abstract: DFM(Design for Manufacturing) is one of the important aspects in CIMS. In Design for Sheet-metal Manufacturing system, in order to realize computer recognition automatically from CAD to DFM system, the STEP files are used as intermedia. Through the definition of regulation for sheet-metal features, the needed manufacturing parameters are extracted from STEP files, so the feature recognition from design fields to manufacturing fields is realized automatically.
