相场法模拟中参数对枝晶形貌的影响

摘要: 在相场模拟中,通过偶合结构起伏和能量起伏,系统研究了纯金属熔体凝固过程中树枝晶侧向分枝形貌的影响因素.结果表明,随着过冷度的增加,枝晶尖端速度和半径增大,侧向分支越发达;过冷熔体中存在的结构起伏和能量起伏强度越大,二次枝晶越发达,当起伏强度较大时,一次枝晶可能会转变为海藻形态生长.

Abstract: The growth process of side-branching of dendrites during solidification of pure Ni melt was studied by the phasefield simulation. The phasefield model was modified by coupling both structural fluctuation and energetic fluctuation. The simulation results indicate that with an increase of undercooling, the velocity and radius of the dendritic tip increases, and the sidebranch becomes intense. It is also found that as the level of the structural fluctuation and energetic fluctuation is increased the side-branch become richer, and a morphological transition takes place with dendrite tipsplitting (doubloon formation) resulting in the normal dendrite morphology being replaced by the dendritic‘seaweed’ morphology.
