横向路拱引起路面疲劳破坏的差异研究

摘要: 为研究高速公路横向路拱引起的车辆左右轮下的路面疲劳差异破坏,利用有限元软件ANSYS对高速公路横向路拱引起的路面差异破坏进行计算研究.计算了标准轴载下路面结构的疲劳寿命年限,提出了疲劳寿命差异系数的概念,分别研究了左右轮下面层剪切疲劳破坏差异和底基层拉伸疲劳破坏的差异,解释了在道路上总是车轮右侧路面龟裂或裂缝严重,而左侧损坏相对较小的现象.研究认为:车轮左右两侧路面疲劳破坏寿命是不同的,并且两侧路面的疲劳寿命差异系数随着横拱坡度的增加而急剧增大;随车辆重心高度的增加而增大.

Abstract: In order to study the variance of the pavement fatigue failure under two different wheels caused by crown, the variance of pavement fatigue failure caused by the crown was computed using the finite element software(ANSYS). Fatigue lifetime of the pavement structure under the standard axle loading was calculated, and the concept of coefficient of different fatigue life was also put forward. The variance of sheering fatigue failure of surface and the tensile fatigue failure of sub-base under two different wheels was studied, respectively. The phenomenon was explained that the alligator crack or fissure of pavement under the right wheel is always heavier than that under the left wheel. The fatigue lifetimes of pavement under two different wheels were different. Furthermore, the variance coefficient of two sides' fatigue lives will increase rapidly with the crown increasing, as well as the increase of the height of gravitational center.
