不同类型温拌剂对沥青性能影响

Effect of different types of warm mix agents on asphalt properties

摘要: 选取Sasobit、Aspha-min、Evotherm-DAT 3种温拌剂加入到70#基质沥青中制备温拌沥青,通过沥青荧光显微镜试验、三大指标试验、黏度试验和流变试验分析不同类型温拌剂对沥青常规指标和流变特性的影响规律。荧光显微镜下Sasobit温拌剂不能完全溶于沥青,沥青呈现明显的龟裂现象。添加温拌剂造成沥青针入度降低、软化点升高,沥青黏度降低,Aspha-min温拌剂和Evotherm-DAT温拌剂改善沥青延度,但Sasobit温拌剂会导致沥青延度降低。3类温拌剂的降温效果对比为Sasobit温拌剂优于Evotherm-DAT温拌剂优于Aspha-min温拌剂;填加3种温拌剂沥青的高温抗车辙性能对比为Sasobit温拌剂优于Aspha-min温拌剂优于Evotherm-DAT温拌剂。
