Abstract:

Aimed at the residual stress which will impact on safety and reliability in the course of reverse distortion correcting of aerospace monolithic components, some vibration stress relief experiments were given for the components under constraint conditions, and the VSR parameters optimal selection was also discussed. The mechanism and effects of VSR were studied for the components under constraint conditions. The experimental results verified that the VSR could reduce residual stress and correct the distortion of deformed components.
