Modal and harmonic response analyses of microfluid driving straightpipe model

Abstract: Ultrasonic traveling wave microfluid driving technique is a new theory technique. Using ANSYS finite element software, the model of straight pipe shapewas given based on ultrasonic travellingwave driving microfluid. The model's inherent frequency and vibration model are obtained by the dynamics analysis. The relationship between structure parameters and frequency, and the relationship between frequency and voltage were discussed, which gave a way to understand the dynamics characteristic of straight pipe model. It is also of significance for the structure optimization design.
