Abstract: A control design problem of the outputfeedback adaptive stabilization for a class of norder linear parametric uncertain systems has been investigated. By introducing a 3norder dynamic compensator, the explicit expression of the outputfeedback adaptive stabilizing controller is given. The stability of the system is proved by using Lyapunov stability theory. That is to say that, the original signal of the closedloop system asymptotically converges to zero, while all the other signal of the closedloop system are uniformly bounded. A simulation example illustrates the orrectness of the theoretical results furtherly.
