Abstract: Two dimensional nonsteady double fluid model equations including gas and liquid are established by using the twofluid model of liquid and vapor, employing the axially symmetric circular hole jet, combining the cavitation characteristics in the oscillation chamber through the analysis on the physical process of the selfexcited pulse. The numerical simulation is conducted using double fluid SIMPLE algorithm to trace the cavitation changing process in the low pressurehigh flow rate selfexcited pulsed jet nozzle. The forming mechanism of the jet is explained in this paper.
