Comprehensive evaluation model and application for flood damage intensity

Abstract: Combining matter element and extension method with flood damage intensity index and analytic hierarchy process, a comprehensive evaluation model of flood damage intensity is established. Using the model, flood damage intensity in Shandong province is quantitatively and synthetically evaluated. The result shows that the model not only improves quantitative level and definition but also makes flood damage intensity evaluation more comprehensive and embedded.
