    Journal of Shandong University(Engineering Science)    2023, 53 (3): 1-13.   DOI: 10.6040/j.issn.1672-3961.0.2022.354

Based on a tunnel project across a fault, a refined three-dimensional numerical model of fault tunnel surrounding rock was established in this study. The grouting pressure, jacking force, grouting hardening and nonlinear behavior of materials in actual shield construction were considered in the models. Through a series of numerical models, the deformation mechanism, mechanical properties and damage evolution of shield tunnels crossing fault fracture zones with different widths, dip angles and included angle were analyzed. In numerical simulation, the control variable method was used to change the width, dip angle and included angle of the fault respectively to study the influence of a single variable. The results showed that the deformation and damage area of tunnel vault were positively correlated with the increase of fault width. With the increase of the fault width, the arch extrusion became more obvious. However, when the fault width increased to a certain limit, the lining arch would converge to the tunnel from the surrounding rock, and the stress in the arch would increase first and then decrease. With the increase of fault dip angle, the inward convergence of lining arch crown first increased and then decreased, and the initial damage location was related to the fault dip angle. The damage scope and extent of the tunnel decreased continuously with the increase of fault included angle. The circumferential stress concentration was obviously affected by the fault included angle. With the increase of fault tendency, the radar stress gradually changed from "X" to "cross-shaped". Therefore, the tunnel should cross the fault orthogonally as far as possible in the stage of tunnel location and pre-reinforcement measures should be taken in advance when crossing a wide fault to ensure the safety and stability of the tunnel.

To study the problem of particle loss in the process of contact seepage between soil-structure, a contact seepage failure test device under the combined action of seepage and pressure was designed. The effects of clay mass fraction, confining pressure and roughness of contact surface on particle erosion process under this condition were studied by experimental research. Under the combined action of seepage and pressure, three-stage phenomenon of particle erosion in contact seepage were appeared, which was seepage stability stage, particle migration stage and particle erosion stage respectively. The influence parameters of roughness, clay mass fraction and confining pressure on the particle erosion conditions of soil-structure interface were analyzed by multifactor analysis of variance. Considering the 95% confidence interval, the degree of influence, from large to small, was as follows: clay mass fraction, confining pressure, roughness. After fitting the formula by Quasi-Newton method, the formula of hydraulic conditions of particle erosion was put forward. The results could provide data support for infrastructure design with contact surface.

A field experiment was conducted to propose a cost-effective technology model for the safe utilization of cadmium-contaminated farmland. The effects of soil application of composite spent mushroom substrate (CSMS) alone or foliar application of zinc sugar alcohol (Zn-SA) alone or both in combination on soil pH and available cadmium, yield and its components, grain cadmium content, as well as risk-benefit analysis during harvest time of Jimai 22 (low cadmium accumulation cultivar) and Zhoumai 32 (high cadmium accumulation cultivar) were compared. The results showed that for both wheat cultivars, soil application of CSMS treatment or combined treatment significantly increased the soil pH by 0.61-0.69 and significantly reduced the soil available cadmium content by 40%-62%; combined treatment significantly increased seeds per spike, 1000-grain weight, and grain yield by 16%-19%, 5%, 23%-26%, respectively; three treatments significantly reduced the grain cadmium content by 46%-76%, and the combined effect was better than that of the single treatment, especially qualifying the quality of the agricultural product of Jimai 22, and increasing the economic benefits. The study showed that soil application of CSMS+foliar application of Zn-SA+Jimai 22 was a feasible technology model, which provided technical support for achieving safe utilization of moderately cadmium-contaminated farmland and quality safety of agricultural products.

To address the problem that the electricity consumption behavior of market-based users was complex and variable, and the laws of electricity data were difficult to be accurately characterized, a market-based user electricity data fitting method considering behavioral characteristics was proposed. The K-means clustering algorithm was used to classify the electricity consumption behavior of customers and clarify the typical characteristics of each type of customers; the neural network model based on orthogonal polynomials was constructed, in which the neural network weight coefficients were trained by gradient descent algorithm and the orthogonal polynomials were Chebyshev polynomials, Hermite polynomials, Legendre polynomials and Laguerre polynomials. The simulation analysis was carried out using the electricity data of users in Jinan, Shandong Province, and four different orthogonal polynomials were used to fit the electricity data and calculate the evaluation indexes for different categories of users, so as to summarize the most suitable fitting methods for users with different behavioral characteristics. The simulation results showed that the power data fitting effect differed significantly among different implementation methods for similar users, and the fitting accuracy of the neural network models based on Hermite polynomials and Laguerre polynomials was relatively high, but the polynomial models with the highest power data fitting accuracy for different categories of users were different. Selecting the corresponding orthogonal polynomials to form a neural network fitting model according to the type of electricity consumption behavior was an effective way to achieve accurate fitting of user electricity data.

In order to accurately and efficiently improve the living environment quality of old urban communities and improve their disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities, a resilience evaluation system of the old community based on cloud model was proposed. Based on the resilience theory, the selected old communities were grouped according to different ages. Through field research, 30 groups of representative old communities characteristic data in Xi′an, Shaanxi Province were obtained. With reference to relevant literature and relevant expert suggestions, the building resilience, facility resilience, environmental resilience, and personnel resilience were determined. A total of 4 first-level indicators, 9 second-level indicators, and 30 third-level indicators constituted the evaluation index system of old communities. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to determine the subjective weight of each index, entropy weight method (EWN) and method based on the removal effects of criteria (MEREC) were used to determine its objective weight, combined weighting method was used to determine its final weight, and MATLAB was used to construct the resilience evaluation system of the old community based on cloud model. Based on this evaluation system, an old community—Wanqingxiang community in Xi′an was selected for resilience evaluation. The results could accurately reflect the weak links of resilience in the community, and also showed that the evaluation system had certain applicability and effectiveness.

In order to reveal the damage evolution law of the surrounding rock during the excavation of the underground research laboratory, the deep underground research laboratory with a buried depth of 560 m in Gansu Beishan was taken as the research background project. An elastic-plastic damage constitutive model of the deep surrounding rock based on the Hoek-Brown criterion was established. The evaluation method for the damage degree of surrounding rock during excavation was proposed. The calculation program was developed and numerical simulations of the excavation and overload processes of the underground research laboratory construction were conducted. The research results showed that after the excavation of the cavern group, the surrounding rock was in slight elastic damage state with no plastic damage, the cavern group was safe and stable as a whole; with the increase of overload, the damage areas of the surrounding rock expanded significantly; when the overload reached 2.5 times the initial in-situ stress, the high damage areas and excavation rupture areas appeared at the intersection of the cavern group. It was recommended to strengthen the support for the intersection of the cavern group and monitor the middle partition wall. The research results provided guidance for optimizing the construction scheme of the underground research laboratory.

Based on the challenge when deploying a deep learning-based face anti-spoofing (FAS) algorithm on general-purpose consumer devices with only RGB camera, an efficient and lightweight RGB frame-level FAS model (EL-FAS) was proposed. To improve the generalization ability of the model and achieve high performance under constrained conditions, a novel global spatial self-attention mechanism was explored to capture global feature dependencies, and an equal-channel pixel-wise binary supervision method was designed to force our model to learn shared features from different pixels. The Bottlenecks residual block was used to establish the backbone network to reduce parameters. Analysis and the experimental results showed that EL-FAS model achieved state-of-the-art performance in the OULU-NPU dataset, obtained competitive performance in the SiW dataset and cross-dataset tests. The model was lightweight, with only 1.34×106 parameters.

In order to identify the node importance more finely and extend the scope and category of effective information gathering of nodes, the spatial location attribute information of network nodes and their direct and indirect neighbor nodes were fused and clustered, a node importance identification method of multi-order neighbor hierarchical association contribution of complex networks was proposed. The definition of the contribution of node level location attributes was given based on the network node spatial location hierarchical differences and inter-layer association information. A complex network target node multi-order neighbor hierarchical association contributions matrix was constructed to characterize the hierarchical contribution of the associations between direct neighbor nodes, indirect neighbor nodes and target nodes to their influence. A node importance identification method that fused node topological location contribution across layers and levels of space with multi-order neighborhood hierarchical association contribution was proposed. The simulation experiments showed that the proposed method could effectively improve the precision and accuracy of node importance identification on six real networks. This study provided a scientific theoretical basis for in-depth exploration of the dynamic evolution mechanism behind the network, and then made prediction and regulation by exploring the multi-order hierarchical interaction behaviors among the network nodes.

In order to study the time-domain characteristics of the impact wind of mobile thunderstorms and the characteristics of the dynamic response parameters of wind turbines under their action, the wind speed time history of the impact wind of mobile thunderstorms was first simulated using the harmonic superposition method. The finite element model of fan structure considering the coupling effect of blade and tower tube was established, and then the response distribution laws of acceleration, displacement, section stress and shear force along the height direction of tower tube were obtained. The acceleration and displacement responses of the blades and the tower were further analyzed considering the different blade stall angles when the fan was stopped. Considering the influence of different wind directions on the wind turbine, the frequency domain characteristics of the dynamic response were analyzed, and the variation patterns of vibration mode participation coefficient, tower top displacement and acceleration, and tower bottom bending moment amplitude with frequency were given. Research showed that the wind speed time history of a moving thunderstorm impact wind included two distinct peaks (0-T/3, T/3-T/2). The variation of the displacement response peak at different blade stop angles was closely related to the height of the location. The frequency of thunderstorm impact wind load and the first order dominant frequency (around 0.230 Hz) had a significant impact on the structural displacement and section bending moment amplitude.

Aiming at the problem of insufficient bearing capacity of in-service pile foundation in silty clay stratum, numerical simulation and field test were used to realize the parameter design and reinforcement effect evaluation of in-service pile foundation grouting. The expanding form of split grouting vein was analyzed, the finite element model of grouting pressure transmission was established by applying volume strain to the vein, the distribution law of radial pressure on the pile side in silty clay stratum under different grouting conditions was studied, and the design method of grouting parameters was put forward. The attenuation of earth pressure with distance was nonlinear. Under certain soil parameters, when the grouting pressure was 2.0 MPa and the distance between grouting hole and pile side was 0.5 m, the radial pressure transmitted to pile side was larger. At the same time, taking the pile foundation in the reconstruction and expansion site of Beijing-Taibei Expressway as a model, the contour map of the increase range of pile foundation bearing capacity under different working conditions was drawn, and the pile foundation bearing capacity was increased by 30.3%-89.4% after grouting reinforcement, which provided reference for the reinforcement effect of in-service pile foundations.

Aiming at the problems that the machining accuracy of complex surface parts was required to be improved and it was difficult to accurately calculated the contour error in real time in the free curve tracking task, a real-time error estimation algorithm of free curve based on arc length parameters was proposed. In MATLAB/Simulink, non-uniform rational B-spline (NURBS) interpolation was used to plan the elliptical trajectory and the double twist trajectory. The real-time error estimation algorithm of free curve based on arc length parameters was compared with the contour error estimation accuracy and execution time of tangent line-based estimation, circular approximation, average velocity estimation and three points circular approximation. The simulation results showed that the real-time error estimation algorithm of free curve based on arc length parameters had better contour error estimation accuracy than the existing commonly used contour error estimation algorithm, and it was suitable for the case of large curvature free curve. The advanced cross-coupled control (CCC) scheme could be further designed by using this method.

In order to study the distribution law of concrete hydration heat temperature field and strain field in concrete single box and three chamber girder, a concrete box girder scaled-down(1∶2) model was cast in Laibin, 148 temperature sensors and 20 strain sensors were embedded in the concrete. Meteorological sensors were arranged, and the distribution law of hydration heat field of C60 high-strength concrete box girder was obtained through the analysis of field actual measurement data. The research results showed that the hydration heat of single-box three-compartment box girder was divided into three stages: temperature rise stage (0-24 h), rapid temperature drop stage (24-96 h) and smooth temperature drop stage (96-240 h). The average temperature of the box girder cross-section needed 179 h before it was lower than the entering temperature, the heat generated by the hydration of the box girder needed at least 7 d to be completely dissipated; the peak temperature of the whole cross-section was 24 h after pouring, and the highest area was at the pedicle axillary position, with the highest temperature reaching 90.2 ℃, and the maximum horizontal temperature difference of the top plate reached 32.2 ℃ at this time. Influenced by the layered pouring, the maximum vertical temperature difference of the side web reached 12 h after pouring 40.1 ℃, and the construction cold joints could be observed on the site. The temperature field distribution at the stalk axle was complicated, and the maximum transverse temperature difference at the stalk axle was 22.5 ℃ and the maximum vertical temperature difference was 29.9 ℃, and the transverse shrinkage strain at the surface of the stalk axil is smaller than the vertical one. The strain on the outer surface of the stalk axil is lower and constrained by the template, so the strain is smaller than that inside the stalk axil. it was calculated that there was a risk of vertical cracking in six pedicle axils, and the maximum shrinkage tensile stress was 1.51 times of the tensile strength.
