The coating of dewar, the layers of cold chain, the numbers of supporting column and reducing radiate loss in the process of the transmission with the single sided aluminum plating were studied by the experiment using self-developed refrigerator col transmission. The results showed that surface area of the dewar is greater than coating in the thermal radiate loss, the package way was adopted to improve the radiate loss, the heat conduction kept constant when the structure of the stanchion were fixed, and the transmission loss had a good advantage with 6 layer 0.1 mm thickness of the cold chain. The research is helpful to improve the efficiency of refrigeration.
